Dim Sum for lunch

When I make my pork and cabbage ( and lots of other ingredients!) egg roll filling, I make a HUGE batch. I use what I need , usually for about 18-20 egg rolls . The rest I put in zip top freezer bags and freeze for another use. 

Today I made Dim Sum and my yummy Soy and Sesame dipping sauce. 
Yummy, yummy, yummy!! And yet, it was a light lunch.... Just enough. 

Meanwhile, Plum Jam in the making right now! More on that later. 😄
